The wonderful foods of Oaxaca, Mexico

We have a group here in Oaxaca this week to learn about the food and culture of this special city in southern Mexico. We’ve eaten some wonderful meals, both in fine restaurants and in rural kitchens, and learned to prepare Mole sauce in a cooking class. But my favorite food-related activity is walking the aisles in public markets.
