New walking trip on the Kerry Camino in Ireland

I walked parts of the Kerry Camino to Dingle when I was in Ireland in June and totally fell in love with the place, from the walking to the sheep, from the amazing coastline to the music at the pubs in the evening. I can't wait to go back.

Cicely and I are privileged to travel to many places. I like it all, but I really, really, really liked the Dingle Peninsular.

We will have an Irish walking guide with us on this trip and he'll share his insights into the local culture and history. We'll be staying in Irish Bed & Breakfasts. The first three days are point-to-point as we follow the 35-mile section of the Camino. After that we'll stay in one place in Dingle and take day hikes from there.

There will also be a day when you can optionally take a boat tour out of Dingle Harbor.

And yes, that 35-mile walk is an official part of the Camino. It's well marked and there’s great walking through farms and fields.
